BIGGBY® COFFEE is excited to announce the Grand Opening of a brand new store in Holland, MI on Tuesday, April 12, 2016!

This new store is located near the corner of Washington Ave and W 40th St, across from PNC Bank (1000 Washington Ave Holland, MI 49423). This will be the third location for BIGGBY® owner/operator Mark Dykema! Mark and his staff can’t wait to grow the BIGGBY® family in the Holland area—they’ve already made many friends so far! “We can’t wait to continue to expand the BIGGBY® brand! We’re truly passionate about the culture that BIGGBY® stands for and it’s been very natural for my staff. I try to find baristas who love to have fun as much as I do and then we’re able to share that energy, excitement, and enthusiasm with our fanatics!”

Mark has two other BIGGBY® COFFEE locations in Holland and by the time their first store was running smoothly, they were already dreaming of expansion. “This is store #3 for us and we have loved being part of the BIGGBY® family since day 1! We’re a staple in the Holland community and our customers are really the ones who led us to store 2, 3, and eventually 4. We love to caffeinate Holland, and the surrounding areas, and BIGGBY® has just been an awesome opportunity for us.” Mark will have a full-time manager running the new Holland location, which will allow him to spread his time between all of his BIGGBY® COFFEE locations. “I divide my time between my 3—soon 4—BIGGBY® locations, but I have awesome managers at each store taking care of their individual staff and managing inventory.”

Mark is also excited to B involved in local community events and give back to the neighborhoods that have built up his business so strongly. “We can’t wait for opening day! I really enjoy meeting new people and partnering with organizations in our area. We wouldn’t be where we are today without all of you!”

They will be open Monday through Saturday 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you’re a new customer, or already a fanatic, Mark would like to offer up a drink suggestion when you visit the team. “The Caramel Marvel—hot, iced, or frozen—with an extra shot of espresso is my go-to. It helps me push through my busy mornings and stay on my toes for my fanatics!”

BIGGBY® COFFEE, East Lansing, Mich.-based, was started with a single store on March 15, 1995. One year later, and on the cusp of opening a second location, Bob Fish and his business partner Michael McFall, on a handshake and $3,000, decided to franchise the concept.
